The Christmas season is nearing again and we all know what that means. There will be lots of parties where there will be lots of sweet things that could make us closer to Santa’s weigh again. They also do not cause tooth decay.
4. There are also alternatives to ice cream that are light, non-fat, low-fat,
low-carb and sugar free. You might think that those might be space man
food but try them first. They can be as sweet and delicious than ice creams
but
only have 90 to 120 calories per half cup serving. It is fifty percent
fewer calories than ice creams.
5. There are cookies that are made healthier than others.
6. Smoothies are healthful drinks that can satisfy your sweet tooth. Just
combine 1 cup of crushed ice, a cup of frozen berries, and half a cup of
nonfat ice cream in a blender.
7. There are also non-fat puddings that are now available.
8. Try to look for non-fat sugar free ice pops.
9. Also try the sugar free gelatins.
10. Finally there is also a sugar free hot chocolate.
All the sweet foods that you are carving for, you can now find it in non-fat
versions. You would just need to adjust your taste buds for it.
