Raw Food Diet

Major improvements in health are created by a raw food diet. There is fat reduction as evidenced by the normalization of weight. At the same time, energy is at a high level. Energy is burned and transformed to fat. The reason is that raw food breaks down into components and can easily be metabolized in different cells.

One very obvious improvement is seen in the digestive system. The residual effects that go with a cooked food diet is not noticeable in raw foods. Combining cooked food to a raw food diet doesn't work well, because the stomach will likely produce acids. Acid and raw food results to indigestion.

One advantage of raw food is that they are prone to pesticides. Only when a person is clever to work around pesticides will organic raw foods become necessary.

Normally, salt is not used with raw food. Eating a little amount of salt seems to be physiologically advantageous with raw food. Raw food digests fruits and vegetables in a different manner.

Sprouts are often part of a raw food diet. They are the easiest food to make. Simply immerse them in a large plastic cup for 8 hours, then drain and keep wet by spraying and rinsing occasionally.

When they are soft enough, they can be eaten. Sprouts can be allowed to grow for two days. Like other types of raw food, sprouts make a person hungry. Undernourishment on a raw food diet poses little danger. Addition of excess fat is likely possible.

A raw food diet is an alternative to people who are concerned about fat. However, raw food diet creates social inconvenience. It does not suit well to any civilized culture as no person is going to take raw food for whatever reason. Seemingly, a raw food diet provides a good remedy for people with eating disorders. Perfect nutrition without bad side effects is the result of raw food diet.

Raw diet is also beneficial to anorexics. Anorexia is mostly psychological. If anorexics need to readapt their psychological relationship to food, a raw food diet can also be an option because all types of raw food tastes good.
