For example if you are on the first day of the diet you’ll have to eat all diet foods that begin with the letter A and so on. For example during day 1 ones breakfast you get to drink apple juice and lunch of either anchovy pizza or alphabet soup. You’ll just find it difficult to find foods when you reach the letter z. You’ll be on a tough road on the 24th day because since they can’t think of a food that starts with x, they’ll just make you abstain (ex-lax).
The chromatic diet is quite similar, however they base the intake of the dieter based on a color’s hue. For example if you decided to make today Red Day, you’ll have to drink tomato juice for breakfast and rare steak on dinner to name a few.
The decibel diets are based on the sound the food makes while being eaten. You can choose form the loud ones which consists of chips, apples, bagels, rice krispies, etc. while the soft sounding diets include ice cream, mashed potato, etc.
Democratic Diets:
The democratic diets make analogies with the political thing and foods. The
fun thing about it is the dieter is encouraged to”make a statement” every
meal he or she has. An example of these kinds of dieters are the vegetarians,
they protest the slaughter of meat. The extreme opposite of the vegetarian
is of course the carnivore, he or she on the other hand protest the abuse
of plants (yeah right, he just hates eating vegetables probably).
Another funny way to diet by the democratic dieter is the homeless diet. The privileged dieter (it is pretty obvious that homeless people would want more than to diet), will try to explore the eating habits of the homeless people. The dieter will try to eat food that comes from public waste receptacles. This diet should be done for only a short period of time. Believe me; this diet might make you look insane if you do it for along period of time.
The dieter can also follow the diet of the pets or animal by following the Fodder Diet. It is a sure way that you’ll lose weight especially if you a lot the same portions of food you give your pets too.
